Optional Half Day Tours

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All tours are in seat in coach (SIC) basis (non-private) with a minimum of 4 persons and are fully escorted by a licensed tour guide.
  2. All amendments must be made in writing five (05) days prior to the tour booked date.
  3. Tours sold and paid are non refundable. A 100% cancellation fee will apply for tours cancelled within 7 days prior to the tour departure date.
  4. No refunds will be granted for no-show reservations and late comers.
  5. All approved refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the
    conference.
  6. Delegates shall receive a confirmation from us on the tours booked, 14 days prior to the conference.
  7. Tours booked are only valid as per the stipulated time and date.
  8. Tour stated in the vouchers issued is not exchangeable with other types of tours.
  9. You are to assemble at the pick up point 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
  10. If the tour date selected does not meet the minimum number of participants, we will
    therefore inform you to re-select an alternative date of the same tour that is available.
